Captain America and the Falcon #10

In "Brothers & Keepers (Adelphoite Phylaxes)," part 3 of 5, conflict arises between Captain America and The Falcon due to the latter's erratic behavior. While Cap collaborates with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Ali Morales and Commander Nick Fury to locate M.O.D.O.K. and uncover his ties to rogue Naval Intelligence Admiral "Jimmy" Westbrook, The Falcon sets off on his own mission, summoning the newly-restored and re-powered Anti-Cap to dismantle the Rivas drug cartel and potentially take down Admiral Jimmy and M.O.D.O.K. simultaneously.
