Iron Man #12 (Vol 2)

In "Heroes Reborn. Heroes Reunited part 3 of 4," titled "Matters of the Heart!", the Hulk, Avengers, the Fantastic Four, Nick Fury, and Doctor Doom make appearances. The story is written by Jim Lee and Jeph Loeb with artwork by Ed Benes, Terry Shoemaker, and Mike Miller. This story is a continuation from Avengers (1996-97 2nd Series) #12, and in it, Galactus has emerged on the Heroes Reborn Earth, and thus far, the heroes have been unable to stop him. Additionally, they are also unable to defeat his Heralds. The only one who is aware of this is Doctor Doom, and he continuously goes back in time 24 hours in an attempt to change the outcome. The story concludes in Captain America (1996-97 2nd Series) #12.
