Warlock and the Infinity Watch #22

"Siege!" The United Nations, following Senator Munson's orders, has invaded Monster Island. Captain Sylvester Hammer, the leader, encounters the Mole Man. The captain attempts to assert that the island no longer belongs to the Mole Man. However, the Mole Man retaliates by rousing one of the colossal creatures that the island is named after. The troops, equipped for the Infinity Watch, are unprepared for a creature of such magnitude. The Mole Man then releases a horde of club-wielding Moloids. After outfitting his Moloids in the troops' uniforms, the Mole Man escorts the men back to their ship. Concurrently, Warlock enters the Goddess' subconscious, attempting to overpower her will with his spirit, but she remains too formidable, her strength enhanced by the Cosmic Egg. Returning ashore, the Mole Man and his Moloids observe the Sun expanding rapidly until it engulfs them, having gone supernova.
