Warlock and the Infinity Watch #5

In "Old Foes," Omega captures Drax, Pip, Gamora, and Moondragon, intending to use their powers to eliminate their former ally, Warlock. Omega, avoiding direct use of the gems, channels their power through a machine to execute his plan against Adam Warlock. Meanwhile, Warlock, returning to his previous location, discovers the Watch has departed. He reaches out to the Reality Gem's holder, learns of the team's capture by Omega, and is directed to their location. He is advised to entrust the gems to more deserving individuals upon a successful rescue.

Omega's spacecraft orbits Earth as Warlock approaches, but he is under surveillance. Utilizing stealth, Warlock subdues Omega's underlings and confronts the second-in-command, facing a formidable challenge. Doubt creeps into Warlock's mind, particularly when he discerns, he's not battling Omega himself. Triumphing after an intense struggle, Warlock unmasks his foe, revealing Triax the Terrible from Counter-Earth. This revelation leads Warlock to deduce that Omega is, in fact, the Man-Beast.
